We understand that although this can be an exciting phase of their life, feeling overwhelmed is normal and they can benefit from a strong, caring support system. 3R's will offer a strong motivated Case Manager who will work closely with them and their TILP Representative. The goal of 3R's is to ensure, to the best of our abilities, a successful transition into Independent Living for each NMD. We understand that each NMD comes from different backgrounds, experiences, culture, academic abilities and we are dedicated to supporting them in meeting the TILP contract goals. The program Social Work Supervisor oversees and is responsible for individualized quality assurance in the areas of support and services received by the NMD while in our program. The Social Worker Supervisor will match up the best case plan with each NMD’s capacity and ability to reach goals in a safe, comfortable and timely manner.
Our program is "family oriented", trauma informed and culturally sensitive. We also accept parenting NMD's and we provide ample space for baby and parent (1 or 2 bedroom apartments). The program values the generational healing concept and allows the nurturing time for parent and child, while supporting the NMD parent with resources needed to stay in compliance with program rules. Our partnership with the placing agents is of utmost importance to the success of each client. We work as a team to bring into realization the best outcome for the NMDs in our care.
